You can’t buy it at a lumber yard. And you won’t find it tucked between the
Owner and Fort Collins native, Greg Bever literally built his business from the ground up, beginning as a framer in the early 70s. Today, after constructing hundreds of homes, Greg’s customers are the first to tell you how much they value the way he does business.

clients, to help each one realize that personal vision of home. “We take care of our clients,” says Greg. “We finish their houses on time, and we respond to their concerns. It’s that kind of service that makes happy homeowners.” And it’s that kind of philosophy that led the Northern Colorado Home Builders’ Association to name Greg Northern Colorado Builder of the Year in 1985, and to name him Colorado Association of Homebuilders Industry Person of the Year in 1992
